The whole “get my money’s worth” is such a problem. I mean why let food go to waste? I feel that its definitely impossible to eat healthy amounts without cooking yourself. And that it definitely costs more to eat less otherwise.

Thats why i like going out to eat in Europe generally. Food is portioned properly and is generally fresher.

It’s amazing just bad the ingredients are in American food. I've been doing one of those 21 day fix things with my wife and it's really eye opening to contrast what I'm eating right now to what I've been eating. Even when I was trying to be healthy before I was missing the mark by a mile. Fresh fruits and veggies are quite nice.
